We specialise in designing and delivering strategic leadership, talent and organisational development solutions, as well as leadership coaching.
Our 16 years of global experience spans across leadership and talent consulting, management consulting, banking and insurance, and we have worked with a range of client industries such FMCG, professional services, automotive, banking, government and oil & gas.
We coach leaders and individuals at all organisational levels.
We put the human at the centre of all development and recognise that the journey of development and transformation is a continuous one – sometimes incredibly hard but always worth it.
Our key focus is on vertical development as we believe this is the only way to achieve sustainable change. We align closely with Dr Robert Kegan’s theory around adult development, and the importance of expanding our conscious awareness of ourselves and the mental models, beliefs and systems that control us.
Our aim is to help transform leaders through increased self-awareness, adapting mental models and patterns and showing up with authenticity, integrity and empathy. We work best with leaders who are self-reflective, ready to learn about themselves, willing to adapt behaviours, take action and follow through.
We work very closely with clients to understand their businesses and leaders deeply, collaborate in design and always operate with honesty, consistency and transparency.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a true breakthrough among 360-degree profiles. It connects a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Ultimately, the LCP increases inner awareness that affects outward behaviour, and goes to the source of behaviour to get greater leverage on change.
