Leadership Circle Profile™
Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a true breakthrough among 360 degree profiles. It connects a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Ultimately, the LCP increases inner awareness that affects outward behaviour, and goes to the source of behaviour to get greater leverage on change.
Leadership Circle Profile™ measures two leadership domains (see picture):
- Creative competencies
- Reactive tendencies
These have been found to have strong correlation with leadership effectiveness. LCP gives you not only scores of how others rate a leader, but it also compares them against a global norm group of ~10,000 senior executives to give a more accurate view of the individual's performance and blind spots. LCP considers patterns of thinking and habits that impact the leader's performance, providing a holistic view of the leader and their operating system.
