My human self

I’m Sanna, the founder of My Human Self. The people who know me and have worked with me say that I lead authentically and with empathy, have a solutions-oriented, strategic mindset and get stuff done! They also say I’m passionate, curious and not afraid to challenge constructively. I’m very attuned to people’s energies and take pride in building trust-based relationships. One of the kindest things I’ve been told is that I hold space and listen without judgment.

I specialise in developing effective leaders, engaged cultures, and talent processes and programs that elevate the company strategy and set the business and its people up for success. I have worked in leadership and talent consulting, management consulting, banking and insurance in London and Sydney for the past 15 years. 

I’m currently completing Bachelor of Psychology and have Diploma of Coaching (ICF accredited). I’m certified by Leadership Circle®, accredited in several diagnostic tools including psychometric assessments (personality and abilities) and 360s, and I’m also an accredited behavioural assessor (up to Senior Executive level). 

When am I in the flow? When I can support others on their self-discovery and development journey and when I’m facilitating or presenting. I am one of those rare people who enjoys public speaking!

I have lived and built a life in three countries and regularly travel to see my friends and family around the world, and to explore new destinations. I enjoy Latin dancing, art in all its forms (creating and appreciating), regular time in nature for grounding, exercise for my physical and mental health, reading a lot of books, and I love jazz.
