Cultivating Consciousness Workshops

Navigating today’s work, life and global challenges is leaving people with higher levels of stress and burnout than ever before. The constant pressure to perform is making many feel overwhelmed, exhausted, confused, anxious and lacking control.


This highly interactive and practical workshop focuses on the key success factors in leading ourselves at work and outside of work, managing our wellbeing, building resilience, focusing on what we can control and designing authentic lives that we love. 

Participants will walk away with practical tools and concepts, increased self-awareness and understanding, and choices and commitments.

  • Explore the power of somatics: Dive deep into the world of somatics and discover how your physical body is intricately connected to your mental and emotional well-being.
  • Focus on what matters: Learn to concentrate on what you can control, letting go of distractions that hinder your progress.
  • Design a life you love: Create an authentic life plan that aligns with your values and passions, leading to lasting happiness and satisfaction.

  • Audience: Suitable for all levels of employees. Ideal for individuals seeking to enhance their self-leadership skills, build resilience, and design a fulfilling life, both in and out of the workplace.  Maximum participant numbers per session apply. 
  • Duration: 2 hours (tailoring available).
  • Delivery: face-to-face (recommended) or virtual.
  • Inclusions: pre-session self-assessment, participant workbook and delivery.
